The "Accounts Receivable Assistant" ("the Application") is internal software operated by TINA FREY DESIGNS LIMITED, 1485 Bancroft Avenue, San Francisco, California 94124, United States.

Internal use only. The Application is used solely by employees and authorized contractors of Tina Frey Designs. It is not offered, sold or licensed to the public, to customers, or to any third party, and has no public sign-up.

Licence. Employees and authorized contractors may use the Application for company business during their engagement. The licence ends when the engagement ends. We may revoke access, and may modify or discontinue the Application, at any time and without notice.

No warranty. The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. QuickBooks Online remains the system of record for all financial data.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Tina Frey Designs accepts no liability arising from use of the Application.

Governing law. The laws of the State of California, United States.
