This policy covers the "Accounts Receivable Assistant" ("the Application"), internal software operated by TINA FREY DESIGNS LIMITED, 1485 Bancroft Avenue, San Francisco, California 94124, United States. It is separate from the privacy policy of the Tina Frey Designs online store.

Users. Employees and authorized contractors of Tina Frey Designs. The Application has no public or external users.

Data accessed. Using credentials authorized by a Tina Frey Designs administrator, the Application reads unpaid invoice records and the associated customer names from our own QuickBooks Online company file. It does not access any other company file, and it does not access bank account or payment card details.

Use. The data is used to produce an internal summary of unpaid invoices for the staff responsible for collecting them.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent, license or share this data with third parties. It is not used for advertising, profiling or analytics. The Application transmits data only to Intuit and to our own private Slack workspace, over encrypted connections.

Storage. Data is stored in the United States on infrastructure controlled by Tina Frey Designs and is not publicly reachable. The Application has read-only access to QuickBooks Online.

Changes. We may update this policy. The effective date above will change.
