Quiet Rituals: The Arc Bath Collection from Tina Frey Designs

Discover the Arc Bath Collection from Tina Frey Designs, handcrafted resin pieces that bring beauty to daily rituals. The Arc Cup, Tissue Box Holder, and Soap Dish transform your bathroom into a space of calm and intention.

The bathroom is often overlooked when it comes to beauty. Yet it is the place where so many of our daily rituals begin and end. Morning light coming through the window, the steam of a shower, the quiet pause at night. These moments deserve care and intention, because they shape the rhythm of our days.

I designed the Arc Bath Collection to bring beauty into everyday rituals.

The Arc Cup, the Arc Tissue Box Holder, and the Arc Soap Dish were each sculpted in my San Francisco studio, then cast in resin and finished with care. These are small pieces, but they hold a tremendous ability to bring a sense of calm to spaces we often treat only as functional.

Arc Cup

The Arc Cup is cylindrical with softened edges and a smooth resin surface that feels polished but not glossy. Its proportions are balanced and steady, comfortable in the hand while still carrying a sculptural quality. The surface responds gently to light, glowing softly in the daytime and deepening in tone under an evening sunset. It has a quiet refinement that makes it feel considered even in everyday use.

The Arc Cup works well for holding toothbrushes and daily grooming tools. It also makes a good small vase for holding a few stems. Sometimes it simply sits on the counter as a sculptural accent. The form is clean enough to fade into the background when needed, yet substantial enough to anchor a space. The cylindrical shape also makes the piece practical and easy to clean.

How to use it:

  • Hold toothbrushes or let it glow as a sculptural accent

  • Display fresh flowers for a moment of beauty

  • Organize essentials with understated elegance

Arc Tissue Box Holder

The Arc Tissue Box Holder has a softened square form with curved edges that wrap smoothly around its shape. The resin is substantial and matte, giving depth and presence to an everyday piece. Light glances off its surface with a soft reflection that adds calmness to the room.

Most tissue boxes are eyesores. We hide them in drawers or tuck them away. The Arc Tissue Box Holder takes a different approach. It turns the necessity into something worth displaying.

The substantial resin gives it real weight so it feels like a quality object rather than just a holder.

How to use it:

  • Slip in a tissue box and turn an everyday item into something intentional and refined

Arc Soap Dish

The Arc Soap Dish is shallow and rectangular with lifted sides that curve gently upward. The resin surface is smooth and substantial, cool to the touch and softly reflective in the light. Its proportions feel balanced, neither heavy nor fragile, carrying a graceful simplicity that suits its role in daily rituals.

The lifted sides keep your soap from sitting in water and the smooth resin makes it easy to clean.

How to use it:

  • Cradle your favorite soap or give a small piece a sculptural resting place

  • Use for small jewelry or personal items by the sink

Living with the Arc Bath Collection

When placed together, these three pieces create quiet balance. They share the same softened geometry and surface quality, so they feel connected while serving different roles. Your bathroom looks carefully curated rather than randomly furnished.

When I see the Arc pieces on the counter, they remind me that even the smallest details deserve intention. A cup that holds flowers next to the mirror can shift the mood of the entire space. And even a simple soap dish makes an everyday gesture feel more thoughtful.

You can use all three, or just one or two depending on your space and needs.

Even one piece brings that sense of consideration to your bathroom.

Material and Making

Each piece in the Arc Collection is cast by hand in small batches. You'll notice subtle variations from piece to piece, with slight differences in surface texture and small marks from where my hands shaped the original sculpture. In mass production these would be considered imperfections. In handmade work they're what makes each piece unique. The resin celebrates the maker's hand rather than trying to erase it.

The resin material works particularly well in bathrooms. It's naturally suited to humid environments. The surface doesn't show water spots or fingerprints easily. It feels substantial and cool to the touch. The matte finish also makes each piece easy to maintain and actually gets better with time rather than showing wear.

Creating Your Space

The smallest details can shift how we feel in our homes. With the Arc Bath Collection, even simple rituals feel calmer, softer, and more beautiful. These handmade resin pieces bring artistry into the most private corners of the home.

Your bathroom doesn't have to be purely functional. With thoughtful design, it becomes a space that supports your daily rituals and contributes to how you move through your day. The Arc Collection makes small improvements that add up to a completely different experience.

I hope you enjoy living with them as much as I enjoyed shaping them. Share your spaces with us @tinafreydesigns. Seeing how people style these pieces in real bathrooms always offers new perspectives.
